Located in the East Midlands just 15 miles North of Nottingham we are within easy access of the M1, A1, A46 and A17. Local attractions include Belvoir Castle, Belton Woods and the historic market town of Newark on Trent.

We are a family run business set within the estate of our arable farm and surrounded by
800 acres of award winning farm and wood land. Hawton Waters boasts a stunning 14 acre
fishing lake and has an array of walkways including those along the river Devon which flows
through our estate. Our facilities include:-

  • Indoor and outdoor storage of caravans, motorhomes and other leisure vehicles,
    all secured in     purpose built compounds and monitored by CCTV.
  • Caravan and Motorhome leisure breaks, where all pitches over look our
    fishing lake and have access to water stand pipe and waste disposal facilities.
  • Private 14 acre fishing lake stocked with a variety of fish including Carp,
    Bream and Roach. All leisure break visitors are welcome to fish as well
    as members of our yearly syndicate.
