Sitting proudly over our beautiful lake, with 360 degrees of unspoilt, panoramic views; she stands beautifully within acres of private, well kept grassland, which is home to Roe Deer, Barn and Long Eared Owls and many other wildlife. Whilst offering a feeling of being at one with nature, The Angel allows our guests to enjoy the luxury feel of being in a boutique hotel. With the lake view Roll Top Bath, King Size Bed with French Doors opening out to the water, bespoke, comfortable and stylish furnishings chosen to enhance the calm feel of the surroundings; and extra large bay fronted window, providing the perfect lake side back drop – your very own cinema screen awaits!
The sunrises over the lake and sets over the woodland for a truly breath-taking experience. French doors off the bedroom open out onto private decking with table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee overlooking the lake, and a separate area for outdoor dining. Inside, attention to detail has been key with a calm interior design running through and furnishings carefully chosen to blend with surroundings.
Located in the East Midlands just 15 miles North of Nottingham we are within easy access of the M1, A1, A46 and A17. Local attractions include Belvoir Castle, Belton Woods and the historic market town of Newark on Trent.

The property is in a fantastic location and benefits from many local attractions. Newark on Trent is 4 miles away and is a historical, market town steeped in history and home to many independent, boutique shops, cafes and a hosts regular market days. Newark Marina and The River Trent provide a scenic walk and the Newark Castle and Gardens are definitely worth a visit. Nearby is Belton House, which is part of the National Trust and hosts many seasonal themed events including a Christmas Light Spectacular. Belvoir Castle is also a must visit. Spectacular walks await within the castle grounds and on special occasions the castle is open to visitors. The newly regenerated Engine Yard provides a place to eat, drink and shop. The Cities of Nottingham & Lincoln are not too far with bustling night life and a wide selection of bars and restaurants and shops. Bradgate Deer Park is highly recommended day out with a picnic and home to thousands of deer and miles breath taking walks.
